Hey, I’m Michael!

I’m a photographer and videographer from New Ulm, Minnesota. I’ve done video production work both professionally and as a hobby for a number of years now.

Ever since I first got my hands on an old VHS camcorder when I was about eight years old, I’ve loved working behind the camera. However, my true passion is video post-production—I love editing.

Some of my favorite projects I’ve worked on have been instructional videos, but I’ve also dabbled in advertisements, interviews, and vlogs.

As a photographer, I have some experience in product photography, but I especially enjoy taking portraits and fashion shots—I think everyone deserves a chance to say, “I have to go to my photoshoot,” at least once in their lives. Right? Wouldn’t that just make you sound so cool?

I’m also a bit of a retro technology geek, so you can often find me playing retro video games, tinkering with old computers, and scouring eBay and thrift stores for new stuff (well, new to me, anyway).
